The hotel manager was accommodating, allowing early check-in and providing helpful answers. The recommended Tuk Tuk driver was gracious and helped navigate to the desired destination. The food at the hotel was excellent, and the chef even came out to greet me. The staff were friendly, resolving a dispute with another Tuk Tuk driver and offering great service. Walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets.

The hotel benefits from a great location, either close to or even in the city center as well as near from the airport, according to different reviews. Guests appreciate the helpful staff, with a manager that goes above and beyond to assist them. Clean and well-equipped rooms with comfortable beds and efficient air conditioning are enjoyed. the breakfast buffet offers a good variety of food options.
Some guests complain about communication issues, either due to a faulty telephone, or the staff's limited English language proficiency.

During our stay at Good Luck Day Hotel & Apartment, we had a fantastic experience with the housekeeping staff. They not only cleaned our room to perfection but also went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even folded our clothes neatly and arranged them in the wardrobe. The attention to detail was remarkable, and we truly felt like VIP guests. I highly recommend this hotel for exceptional service and a memorable stay.

The breakfast was quite good, with a decent variety of fruits and noodles. The hotel also had a great location, with many restaurants and shops in the surrounding area. the staff was very friendly and welcoming, and they were always available to help with any needs.
My overall stay was not very enjoyable. The room was in poor condition, with a musty smell and dirty bedding.

The water pressure in the bathroom was great and the room was a decent size. the location was very convenient, close to major attractions and transportation. the staff was friendly.
The domestic staff was very loud and disruptive early in the morning, which made it difficult to sleep and enjoy the hotel experience. the breakfast was not up to par and seemed like a hassle for the staff to provide.

I had a great stay close to the airport. The hotel had excellent transportation options with tuk-tuks always available and an affordable airport transfer service. The staff were friendly and provided a delicious breakfast with various options to choose from. The cleanliness of the room and hotel facilities were impressive.
